The Haco Tail Lift Parts quality system guarantees the best possible quality.

 

The product specifications of our “Haco” products are compiled with the greatest possible care and accuracy by our own technical staff and have to satisfy extremely strict requirements with minimum tolerances. The specifications are set in such a way that our “Haco” parts are 100% interchangeable with the original parts. Before specifications are released for production, all drawings and specifications are first carefully checked internally and externally. After all, only the best quality is good enough for you, and therefore for us too.

 

All our specifications are managed in our document management system and every order is produced in accordance with the most recently released specification.
 

 
We also have strict selection criteria for our suppliers. In addition to proven quality care and quality guarantees, the supplier must have authoritative references and be financially sound. Our suppliers must be able to offer us a long-lasting partnership, allowing us to provide consistent quality and to assure product availability.

 

Quality reviews are held with our suppliers on a regular basis, during which performance and any problems are discussed, as well as how those problems could be resolved. We therefore travel frequently to places all over the world. Quality is not a given, you need to make investments in order to achieve it - at least, that’s what we believe.

 

We offer a 2-year supplier’s guarantee on almost all our “Haco” parts.

 

In addition to our product quality, we want to offer you - as our client - the best service, and we are always ready to help. If there are any problems, we want to resolve them for you as quickly as possible, even if this means extra costs for us. Your problem is our problem.
